SkyEurope will offer the first low cost route from Dublin to Sofia on 30 October 2006. The Irish and Bulgarian capitals will be connected through the SkyEurope hub in Bratislava.
As SkyEurope is a point to point airline, passengers have to check in with their baggage again at Bratislava. The good news though is that fares start at 39 euros one way including taxes and charges.
