New flybe Southampton <> Amsterdam
Southampton <> Amsterdam is the latest route on offer from flybe, the ow cost airline operating out of Southern England. The route will operate twice a day from 11 September 2006. It will use the latest Embraer 195 aircraft purchased by the airline. Fares will start at £24.99 one way including taxes and charges. The route follows on from flybe's recent expansion plans, that added Hanover and Düsseldorf to its route map. The airline promises more expansion to come as the new Embraer aircaft are delivered. The aircraft will also be used on the Southampton <> Edinburgh route.
